Pricing Structure
As of April 2018 I will be operating with the following new pricing structure.
Since starting Microcroft in 2005, I haven’t increased my prices, and have tried my best to offer great value for money. However, due to the increases in inflation and living costs over the last 13 years, I have had to re-evaluate my charges accordingly.
Time Slots and Availabilty
We’ve made some changes to the time slots for Pay-As-You-Go and Contract customers. This is to accommodate an increase in contract (Pay Monthly) work.
Pay-As-You-Go Customers
Call-out charge – £30 <30 miles (£0.60 p.m. >30 miles)
Hourly Rate – £35
Phone/Remote Support – £1 per minute
Time Slots
Monday: 09:30 – 16:30 09:30 – 11:30 12:00 – 14:00 14:30 – 16:30
Tuesday: 09:30 – 16:30 09:30 – 11:30 12:00 – 14:00 14:30 – 16:30
Friday: 09:00 – 19:00 09:00 – 11:00 11:30 – 13:30 14:00 – 16:00 17:00 – 19:00
Computer Drop-Off
Hourly Rate – £35
Computers must be handed in with a completed Microcroft drop off form, by prior arrangement
Out-Of-Hours/Weekends/Emergency
Call-out charge – £45 <30 miles (£1.00 p.m. >30 miles)
Hourly Rate – £50
Phone/Remote Support – £2.50 per minute
Time Slots
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 19:00 – 23:00
Thursday, Friday: 20:00 – 23:00
Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 – 22:00
Pay Monthly Customers (Contract)
1-4 Computers – £120 per month
5-10 Computers – £150 per month
>10 Computers – £200 per month

Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
